It's a valid question, and one that needs a valid answer. AT&T speaks of fears of Google having too much control over the Android platform why they have been skeptic all this time, but that does not make sense in any way.
The iPhone is on the AT&T network and ironically, Apple has more control over the iPhone than AT&T themselves. Maybe AT&T is finding the iPhone to be a problem on it's network, but with the amount of usage the iPhone is getting where data is concerned, that could not be the problem.
Something doesnt smell right according to NetworkWorld and i have to agree with them without a doubt. Don't expect these questions to be answered though!
