Letter form Yahoo to Microsoft

Ok, this is the third Off Topic story today but i just had to blog about this because it is very important that we all keep up with what is happening with the Microsoft bid for Yahoo.

After the Ultimatum made by Microsoft to Yahoo that they have three weeks to make a deal or they would launch a proxy fight to unseat Yahoo's board of directors, as well as take its case straight to Yahoo investors should no deal be reached in that period, Yahoo sent a letter to Microsoft disclosing allot that Yahoo will not be acquired for less than what the company is worth.

Cnet has gotten their sticky little hands on the full letter which they have edited a bit, so stray over there to see Yahoo standing up to Microsoft. It's like David and Goliath, but can little David topple the Evil Giant?
