KDE 4.1 Beta 2 is here

According to our poll, most of you are waiting for KDE 4.1 -- the 'big' release where all the new features will scrabble out of their hiding places. In the second beta, there's been a glut of improvements to the Dolphin file manager and Gwenview image viewer, plus new language bindings for Python and Ruby.
