Often we find it difficult to Align and Copy Shapes in Microsoft Powerpoint. However, its not that tough to achieve and therefore, lets discuss about them in this post.
Aligning Shapes
Do you find that it is often difficult to perfectly align shapes in a presentation? By using your arrow buttons while holding down CTRL, you can move shapes one pixel at a time to get the correct alignment.
Copying Shapes
You can copy a shape from any MS office document and drag it elsewhere by holding down CTRL and your left mouse button. This is a great alternative to cutting and pasting with CTRL+C and CTRL+V.
