How to make visible international characters in your Linux console - the easy way

1) Install package console-setup.
2) Go to /etc/default and edit console-setup file
3) Find CODEFACE entry
4) change it to an appropriate codeset for your language. For example, if you come from South-Eastern--Eastern Europe you will probably be satisfied with 'lat2'. The config file you are currently editing lists other options.
5) run 'setupcon'
6) Enjoy your š,đ,č,ć,ž or the equivalents :-)
