Google Android Possible Hardware Design?

Sorry for taking so long to post, my ISP was having some problems for hours.
Could a Google Android phone look like the picture you're looking at right now? Surely not for christ sake, but even so it's a interesting design nonetheless. The author of the concept seemed to used the iPhone screen to attach to the thing which is unwise by all means. Anyway tell me what you think?
