If you have been keeping up with me you will have noticed i post a video of Quake running on said handset. The Prototype handset is quite powerful with it's 400+ Mhz MSM7201 chip set and was connected to AT&T's UMTS network. Google Android under fire

Remember that story Fragmentation intended by Android? Well some lone ranger over at Google Groups took it upon himself to attack Google directly with the fragmentation issue that Sanjay Jha, chief operating officer of Qualcomm's chipset division stated. After the lone ranger made his points and claims, Google's Dan Morrill replied by saying: Jha is not a Google employee, and does not speak for Google; at best, hemight be speaking for his own company. His statements as quoted areobviously way out of step with the real objectives of Android, and are hispersonal speculation insofar as they mention Google. The sole goal of the Android project is to produce a high-quality, fullyopen platform designed from top to bottom for mobile. Google is involvedbecause we want to help build the kind of platform we want to use.
