Powerpoint Shapes Alignment Aligning Shapes Do you find that it is often difficult to perfectly align shapes in a presentation? By using your arrow buttons while holding down CTRL, you can move shapes one pixel at a time to get the correct alignment. Copying Shapes You can copy a shape from any MS office document and drag it elsewhere by holding down CTRL and your left mouse button. This is a great alternative to cutting and pasting with CTRL+C and CTRL+V.
