KMWorld magazine has selected Nstein Technologies' Web Content Management (WCM) as a "KMWorld Trend-Setting Product of 2008". Nstein's WCM product joins another Nstein creation, Text Mining Engine (TME), in earning the honor, with TME being named a trend-setting product for the past few years. WCM is a content management system that has many familiar and useful features including content editing workflows, content tagging, and metadata management.

Yes, that's right, KMWorld has released it's list of Trend-Setting Products for 2008 and we have yet another vendor announcing they made the list. This time it's iDatix and it's enterprise content management solution iSynergy.

The 12th annual KMWorld and Intranets Conference and Exhibition is scheduled for September 23 – 25, 2008, in San Jose, California. This year's theme, Driving Enterprise Innovation and Achievement: User-Focused Tools and Practices, emphasizes the myriad of new ways to communicate, collaborate and exchange knowledge within the enterprise. The event will also cover such hot topics as ECM, intranet and portal strategies, enterprise 2.0, knowledge sharing, enterprise search and much more.

JustSystems, a Japanese software vendor specializing in XML and information management technologies, announced that XMetaL, the company's XML-based software for structured authoring and content collaboration, has been selected as a 2008 KMWorld Trend-Setting Product.
