The CODiE Awards - Clickability Makes the Grade!

Clickability SaaS Web CMS wins a Codie On May 20th, the CODiE's were awarded at an Awards Gala in San Francisco, California. From the over 1,000 nominations from 600 companies, winners were chosen in a number of categories including software, content, education and corporate. It should come as no surprise that Clickability won the award for Best Content Management Solution. Quick Take: Clickability's SaaS Web Content Management Platform

Clickability SaaS Web CMS Clickability is a web content management provider with a twist. Their product, the Clickability Platform, is provided On Demand and is a full service solution offering starting with Infrastructure as a Service and ending with what the company calls Innovation as a Service. The package covers both the back office content management interfaces and, importantly, the delivery and rendering infrastructure. While there's much more to the Clickability Platform then web content management, it is definitely the central component. This Quick Take Review is an overview of the Web CMS portion of the Clickability Platform. For the purposes of this review we have restricted most of our discussion on the Web Content Management capabilities -- although we do mention some of the additional components in their Software as a Service (SaaS) solution set, as interesting differentiators. image

Clickability Secures $8 million in 2nd Round Venture Capital

Clickability Hosted Web CMS

2008 is looking very good for SaaS Web Content Management Provider, Clickability. Today they announced the closing of $8 million in a second round of venture capital funding led by Shasta Ventures.

Side by side with this announcement, they also announce the introduction of a number of new executives that come from some very influential companies: ZDNet, Salesforce.com and AOL.
